Bulk Cement Tanker Product Description
Cement can be shipped in bulk or, alternatively, in Kraft paper sacks. Bulk cement presents many advantages over bagged cement. The most obvious advantage is material savings as bulk cement does not use packages as bagged cement does.
Another advantage lies in the fact that bagged cement needs to be unloaded from the car one bag after another manually while bulk cement requires minimal manual handling task thereby saving labor cost.
The main applications of this bulk cement tanker trailer include transporting cement, flour, lime powder, mineral powder, fly ash, chemical powders, and stone powder. This trailer is widely used on large construction sites and cement factories and warehouses. The bulk cement tanker trailer uses compressed air to discharge powder from the tank.
The discharge is carried out with the help of a compressor. Compressors work with the help of diesel engine.
Unique to our semi trailer is the V-shaped tank that allows complete discharge of the cement, with only less than 1% being left in the tank. Its reliable, fully closed design keeps moisture from reaching the contents inside the tank.

The advantage of our painting process
After the construction process , all trailers ( Chassis + Tank Body ) sand blasted, before the painting, all parts are cleaned carefully, epoxy gray is used for first protecting primer coating as 50 micron, 2 times of high quality paints applied on complete trailer, the color of trailer is selected by customer requested according to RAL codes, painting thickness to be 100 micron , and all painting process to be submitted with certifications.
